Extensive refurbishment of a 1970s commercial block in Midtown, Central London, providing three floors of grade A office accommodation of around 2,100 sqm. The brief was to breathe new life into the building and included a new bronze façade with integrated back-lit sign, remodelling the reception with custom desk and feature lighting. A rich palette of materials was selected which were carried throughout. The office space provides a clean and simple space for incoming tenants. The space is further uncluttered with a custom integrated lighting and chilled beam air conditioning system. Upgrades to the common areas included new cycle storage and shower facilities.
