Located within the Quadrant 3, formerly the Regent Palace Hotel, development for the Crown Estate. Five units were combined to form a single large floor plate. A new mezzanine floor was introduced which is suspended from the steelwork above creating an uninterrupted retail environment below. Elegant bronze framed shopfronts were installed in keeping with the Crown Estates shopfront guidelines. The design ethos references Oliver Bernard’s sumptuous art-deco interiors of ‘The Titanic’ and ‘The Atlantic’ bars. Art deco finishes included a new custom perforated balustrade finished in a Swiss pearlescent powder coating.
