The store is located within the successful 1-5 Lower George Street redevelopment. The project is set over two levels totalling 2,000sqm. Exposed services are on show throughout the store. Attention to detail and specification of components ensure that the ceiling feels uncluttered even though the space is heavily serviced. The design ethos was to retain the existing features including the fair-faced concrete soffit and continuing the stock brick to the interior columns and joinery. A blackened mild lacquered steel full height screen is introduced to create a shop within a shop. This screen is continued to form a balustrade and custom staircase with bespoke perforated riser plates.
